Häagen-Dazs Creme Brulee
Wow. What we have here is perfection. Caramelized sugar swirled through creamy custard ice cream. There is plenty of sugar in the pint, and it has a great creamy texture to it, and imparts a ton of flavor. The custard ice cream is insanely creamy, and has a lot of flavor as well. The ice cream and the sugar swirl complement each other perfectly. Probably one of the best ice cream textures I have had right here. I also microwaved the pint for about 25 seconds, so it was really soft and creamy after that. I am just blown away by this, even though it is a flavor of simplicity. It seems like Haagen Dazs can never mess up the simple flavors, ever.
