22 ounce bottle into snifter. Pours pretty much opaque black color with a dense 1.5 finger tan head with great retention. Aromas of vanilla, caramel, toffee, roasted malt, with light chocolate, and dark fruits. The aromas are very interesting, very unique and it smells great. Taste of vanilla, toffee, caramel, roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Very little bitterness was noticed, except for well after the finish, where a slight bitterness showed up. There is a lot of roasted flavor with vanilla, chocolate, and some coffee that lingered after the finish. Very smooth and creamy full body with medium carbonation. Alcohol is well hidden, with only a small warming after the finish noticed. Highly drinkable for an Imperial Stout. Overall this is definitely a fantastic Imperial stout, delicious!

This is definitely a very unique imperial stout, never had one that tasted quite like this before. Highly recommended.
