Ben & Jerry's Bonnaroo Buzz
Wow, we have yet another new flavor here. It is coffee and malt ice creams with whiskey caramel swirls and English toffee pieces. Definitely a huge fan of the ice cream base. I loved the coffee ice cream in Heath Bar Crunch, and this is just amazing as far as flavor and texture goes. The coffee flavor is a little more prominent than the malt flavor, but either way the ice cream base wins completely. The whiskey caramel is well spread throughout the pint, and is very strong in flavor, yet compliments the ice cream base very nicely. The English toffee pieces are none other than Heath Bars, and they are really well sized throughout this pint. About the size of the width of a spoon. Yet another very good compliment to the base ice cream, and adds great texture as well. Also makes it a bit difficult to dig in, but I am not even upset about that. I also microwaved this prior to consumption to soften it up, and it really brought out fantastic ice cream texture. Some of the best Ben & Jerry's texture as of yet. Definitely one of the top Ben and Jerry's flavors for me.
