We have yet another new flavor here. Late Night snack is vanilla bean ice cream with a salty caramel swirl and chocolate covered potato chip clusters. This flavor was inspired by the Late night with Jimmy Fallon show, and a few weeks ago then actually unveiled it on his show, and I saw it that night. Onto the ice cream now. The ice cream itself is extremely rich in vanilla flavor, as it is shown to be vanilla "bean" ice cream and not just regular vanilla ice cream. Great stuff there. There are plenty of the chocolate covered potato chip clusters throughout the pint, and are extremely crunchy and impart a great texture to the pint, along side adding a nice saltiness, which is not a bad thing at all. Sweet and salty can be very good together. Finally we have the salty caramel swirl, and there is definitely enough of it in here to satisfy my love for caramel. Just a fantastic combination here of salty and sweet tastes. The ice cream texture is downright outstanding, very creamy and delicious all together. I also softened it up in the microwave of course. Overall this is fantastic stuff, and is a very unique ice cream flavor indeed.
