750 ml bottle into tulip. Pours cloudy golden amber color with a huge 2 finger fairly dense white head that reduces to a lacing cap. Some decent lacing left on the glass. Aromas of big tart lemon, apple, grass, spice, clove, and a bit of funk. Very nice aromas. Taste of big lemon, apple, spice, clove, and a bit of leather and funk. A very slight bit of tartness with big spices on the finish. Finish is fairly dry but there are some spice, clove, and apple notes that linger for a bit after the finish. Medium bodied with fairly high carbonation. Very smooth drinking for the carbonation as well. No alcohol noticed in the taste or finish. Overall an outstanding saison, would definitely have this one again.

I have been getting very fond of this style lately, may be my new favorite style now. I still have plenty more to try out, and I can't wait.
