22 ounce bottle into tulip. Pours clear golden amber color with a dense 2 finger off white head with great retention that reduces to a fairly thick lacing cap. Plenty of sticky lacing on the glass. Aromas of huge pineapple, mango, grapefruit, pine and a bit of caramel. Mostly huge simcoe aromas going on here. Taste of big pineapple, orange, grapefruit, and caramel; with a big, and fairly smooth bitterness on the finish that lingers for a while with pine and citrus flavors. Medium carbonation and fairly full bodied. Very smooth drinking for the alcohol level, but it is quite a sipper. No alcohol in the taste and a fairly strong warming on the finish. Definitely a huge hoppy brew, a little harsh at first with a clean palate, but it smooths out a ton. Overall, an excellent DIPA from Brew Kettle, definitely would have this one again.

An excellent DIPA, and it is incredible hoppy. Definitely reminded me of the Weyerbacher Double Simcoe. Description says this is brewed with Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial.
