22 ounce bottle into snifter. Pours very dark brown color with a dense 1 finger tan head with great retention that reduces to a fairly thick lacing cap. Some decent lacing is left on the glass. Aromas of dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, dark fruits, and maybe a bit of smoke as well. Nice aromas here, with good strength. Taste of big dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, caramel, and some dark fruits. A small amount of bitterness noticed on the finish that lingers with some spiciness. Big chocolate and roasted flavors linger on the finish as well. Light to medium carbonation and very full bodied. No alcohol on the taste and a decent warming on the finish. Very well hidden for the alcohol level. Very creamy and viscous body. All around great imperial stout! Very well put together.

Definitely enjoyed this Imperial Stout. My first brew from Brew Kettle. I am interested in trying out the 4C's pale ale(mainly because I love those hops), and the Imperial IPA. Hopefully I will make it up to the brewpub soon and possibly try some White Rajah if it is still available, plus other tap only brews.
