750 ml bottle into tulip. Pours slightly cloudy light orange amber color with a huge 4 finger white head with incredible retention that reduces to a thick lacing cap. Some thick lacing is left on the glass. Aromas of strong sour apple, lemon, grass, and spice. Definitely a lot of brett funk going on in the aromas, great stuff. Taste of big spices, rye, with light fruitiness and pepper as well. Big spices on the finish that linger for a bit with some light fruitiness. Some very slight tartness is noticed on the finish as well. Medium bodied with huge carbonation. Very smooth drinking for such high carbonation and alcohol as well. No alcohol in the taste and a decent warming on the finish. Overall an outstanding saison. More great stuff from The Bruery.

Damn this was great. Loved the aromas in this, had great flavor and balance as well. I will be getting this again. I have recently gotten into seriously loving Saisons and other Belgian styles, especially those which are tart/sour. Will be seeking more out, already have plenty of the highly popular saisons waiting for future review.
