12 ounce bottle into tulip. Pours hazy and cloudy golden amber color with a nice fairly dense 2-3 fingers of white head with great retention that reduces to a ring of lacing. Some nice lacing sticks to the glass as well. Aromas of big tart apple, grape, grass, funk, pepper. and spices. Nice strong and complex aromas! Taste of big breadiness, pepper, and spices; with a bit of apple, funk, and grape in the background. Lingering notes of big breadiness and spices on the finish that last for a bit. Taste is not as good as the aromas lead me to believe. Medium bodied with medium-high carbonation. Nice smooth drinkability with no alcohol in the taste or finish. Overall, this is a pretty nice saison. A little more bready than I was expecting from the aromas.

A good Saison, but I was hope for more funk or tartness like the aromas lead me to believe.
