Vanilla caramel fudge is a simple ice cream flavor in the wild assortment of Ben and Jerry's other flavors. "Vanilla Ice Cream with Swirls of Caramel and Fudge" Very simple, yet very tasty. It always seems like the best flavors are the least complex. The vanilla ice cream is very creamy and smooth textured, and there is well over a third of the pint being caramel and fudge, plenty of it. I also love caramel in particular so I was quite a big fan, and the fudge was spot on as well. Apparently this flavor is not so easy to find from what I have heard from some of my friends in other states. If you do see it, give it a try. It is good stuff!
