750 ml bottle into tulip, no bottle date. Pours hazy golden straw color with a huge 3 finger fairly dense white head with fantastic retention that reduces to a lacing cap that lasts. Some spotty lacing clings to the glass as well. Aromas of big lemon zest, pepper, orange, bread, grass, and spices. Very nice and fairly standard saison aromas. Taste of big pepper, spices, lemon, bread, grass, floral hops, and tart graininess. No bitterness on the finish as expected; with lingering notes of lemon, bread, pepper, and big spices. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very crisp and lightly prickly mouthfeel. No alcohol noticed at all except a slight warming after the finish. Great flavor balance with spiciness. Overall this is an excellent saison. Great balance and good drinkability.

A very enjoyable saison offering. I have a couple other offerings from Stillwater, so I should be trying them soon enough.
