22 ounce bottle, no freshness date. Pours crystal clear golden orange color with a nice 2 finger off white head with very good retention that reduces to a fairly thick lacing cap. A fair amount of lacing clings to the glass. Aromas of caramel, toasted malt, bread, and light citrus notes with some light spiciness. Some pretty faint aromas that have some good balance. They get a bit stronger as the beer warms. Taste of caramel, bread, toasted malt, light citrus, and spiciness. Fair amount of bitterness on the finish; with linger notes of caramel, bread, citrus, and spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and a light-medium body; with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Great drinkability as expected for 5%; with no alcohol noticed in the taste or finish. Nice balance of flavor and bitterness. Overall this is a pretty nice amber ale that is easy to drink and quite enjoyable.

A fairly nice and sessionable brew from The Brew Kettle. Might have to see how it is on tap when I go back home.
