12 ounce bottle into tulip, best by the 50th day of 2012. Pours slightly hazy golden orange color with a nice 2 finger dense off white head with fantastic retention that reduces to a nice lacing cap. Some decent thick lacing clings to the glass as well. Aromas of big pine, lemon zest, grapefruit, orange, caramel, bread, banana, and spicy yeast. Very nice aromas here with great balance. Taste of big spiciness, pepper, banana, orange, pine, bread, caramel, and other light fruity notes. Nice amount of bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of pine, citrus, bread, caramel, and spices on the finish. Fantastic balance of flavor and bitterness. Alcohol is extremely well hidden with the warming on the finish hardly noticeable. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and drinkable mouthfeel. Overall, an excellent and very enjoyable Belgian IPA. Extremely balanced.

I have heard a lot of good thing about this brew and I finally decided to pick it up to try. One of the best Belgian IPAs I have ever had.
