375 ml bottle into tulip, no bottle date. Pours hazy golden amber color with a small fairly dense white head with good retention. Some nice lacing clings to the glass as well. Aromas of big sour cherry, apple, wood, hay, acidity, spice, and tons of funk. Huge complex and strong aromas here. Taste of big tart apple, cherry, lemon, grass, spice, and earth. Finishes very tart and sour, but not overwhelming at all. Great balance of tartness and sweetness. Lingering notes of sour apple, cherry, hay, spice, and funk. Medium carbonation and body, with a nice smooth mouthfeel. No alcohol noticed at all as expected. Overall, just an outstanding brew. I have not had too many Gueuze so far, but I can tell this one is a winner for sure.

This is definitely a mind blowing Gueuze style, and the best one I have had yet. I can't wait to try some more of the highly regarded ones in the style.
