12 ounce can, canned 4/27/11; "Czech Out Our Can" also printed on the bottom. Pours hazy and cloudy golden straw color with 1-2 fingers of a foamy white head with decent retention that reduces to a thin lacing cap. Not much lacing clinging to the glass. Aromas of spices, lemon, bread, and a bit of grass. Decent aromas that are pretty weak. Taste of bread, spices, lemon, grass, and some citrus notes. Decent amount of bitterness on the finish with lingering notes of spice, grass, citrus, and bready notes. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Nice mouthfeel and drinkability with no alcohol noticed in the taste or finish as expected. Overall a nice pilsener with plenty of flavor and nice balance.

A solid and enjoyable pilsner from Oskar Blues. It may be a tad better if it was fresher.
