500 ml bottle into weizen glass, bottled Oct 22, 2010. Pours hazy reddish brown color with a giant head that took a while to dissipate and to fill up the glass itself. Turned out being a fairly foamy 2 finger off white head, that reduced to a lacing cap that lsts for the rest of the glass. Aromas of tons of clove, banana, caramel, spices, and molasses. Very nice complex aromas. Taste of big banana, clove, wheat, caramel, dark fruits, and spices. No bitterness noticed on the finish, but big notes of banana, clove, caramel, and spices on the finish that linger for a decent amount of time. No alcohol noticed on the taste or finish. Nice and smooth drinking with medium-high carbonation and medium-full body. Overall, just an outstanding beer, so much flavor, balance, and easy drinkability for the alcohol level.

An incredible weizenbock as expected. I am really becoming a big fan of wheat beers lately. Can't wait to have some more.
